H1B Transfer

Hi,

My H1B petition is approved by USCIS and it will be stamped by this month. But I dont want to go with my current company A which applied my H1B.
I want to search for a US company from India. But for transfer I don't have salary slips from US, as I am applying transfer from India

So, what I have to do now, How I will find a company for transfer and if found then what is the process. please suggest.

The new employer can file a cap-exempt petition for you. Find the job first and the new company will do the rest (if they are willing).
