Hyderabad Consulate VS Chennai Consulate

I am planing to have appiontment for my H1B VISA. Could any one help me out which consulate is easier (Hyderabad Consulate VS Chennai Consulate)?

And I will brief my background, My passport is issued in Hyderabad and I am working presently in chennai (But H1B employer and the present employer or not same).

Any help for the above questions would be great help.

I just went for H4 for my family. Was pleasantly surprised with the experience. They allowed a small wallet and the mobile in switched off mode. Those are essential I feel.
My husband went to Hyd 2 years back. He was not allowed mobile or wallet then.
