I wish to know that if a person is laid off from H1 and I 140 is approved and the LCA is not revoked by employer, can the person get another H1 with differnt job description or field change without PERM filing? if yes , then later( year or so) he/she decides to come back to the same job title and port one's priority date(PERM) with this job, is it possible? Or will diifernt job descriptions pose difficulties for immigration(getting GC)?
I know it sounds complicated, but I truly appreciate if somebody can help.
