    H1B Petition approved in 2009 can i use it now /?

    My H1B petition was approved in 2009 when I was working in USA on OPT. However, I left the job in july 2009
    before my H1 starts in oct 2009. Now, I am working in Bangalore and my company wants to do my H1.
    Can I use the same petition which was done in 2009 or should i file again ?
