Guys,
I am trying to get an appointment. I need a little information
I am little confused as the date I want is in the last week of December or first week of jan which is not showing online. Online they are just showing upto 20 dec. so I am planning to send following documents to India and then have someone from my family to go to consulate to get desired date.
Documents
1) copies of all the passport pages
2) copy of I-797
3) ds-156
4) ds-157
Now my questions are:
1) Does this considered as an offline application or not? Because for offline application they are also asking original passport and 797.
2) Did anyone go this way to get an appointment? If yes, I would really appreciate his/her detail feedback
3) Also, there is an h1b questionnaires form. Do we need to fill that one out and send it also.
4) Does any additional documents required.
