    Someone help please !!!

    I am a UK Police officer and my partner ( not married ) has been offered a job in the USA in NYC. We are engaged and have two children aged 11 & 8. What is the situation with my VISA ? Would I be able to get a job in the US ? Could her new employee sponsor me to get a VISA. How does it work ?
