F2 to H1

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me how easy, or difficult it is to transfer from a F2 to a H1 visa. If people have any experience of the same then please tell me. Thank you.

Should not be difficult if you find a job. This years quota is over. You will have to wait until April 2006. You might have to face a few questions if you happen to go out of US for stamping, but such cases are not uncommon.
