Need advise on getting original I-797
Hi all
I just received an email from USCIS that my petition has been approved and they have sent the I-797 to the lawyer's office at US. I have resigned from my company last week and serving my notice period. When I asked about my I -797, my company told that they are going to cancel my visa and they'll not give my I-797.
Please help me understand how I can get my original I-797 from the lawyer's office, I believe the lawyer's office would dispatch it to India company address. Also, what's the impact if my current company cancels my Visa.
