L2 to H1 to L1
Hi,I came to US on L2 Visa and worked on EAD, then my employer filed COS from L2 to H1 and currently I am on H1 Visa. My H1 is still not stamped as I have never left US once my status got converted to H1. Now my employer wants to do L1 for me.
My question is :
If my employer goes for COS from H1 to L1 , and my L1 is denied then would it mean my H1 approved petition is also invalid and i can not stay.
If my employer goes for consular stamping for H1 to L1 and my L1 is denied during interview, would it mean my approved H1 petition is also invalid and I can not go for H1 interview or some time limit is there before i can go for h1 interview.
