I am in a situation and i would need some information on the same ........
I have come to the USA few months back and i am on H1B visa currently. I have filed H4 for my spouse too. Our relationship has been strained for few years now and did every best thing i could to sustain it but somehow things aren't working out. She has not been to USA till now on H4. I am planning to file a divorce in India and go ahead with legal procedures.
I would like to know:-
- Can my spouse come to USA on H4 without my consent/official documents?
- Do i have to really cancel H4 visa of my spouse?
- If i dont plan to cancel H4 visa of my spouse and lets suppose she comes to the USA on H4 to stay with her relatives; can she play anything bad against me that could affect my job, visa etc..?
Kindly let me know if there is any possibility of my spouse playing bad and be a hindrance to the visa that i have. Accordingly i can take a call if i have to go ahead cancelling H4 (incase there is a possibility of cancelling).
