H1 B Extension Pending (Visa expired) - Travel within US
Hello All,
My I-94 and DL is expiring on 09-AUG-2013. My Visa is expiring on 31-JUL-2013. My employer has filed for extension and received acknowledgement notice on 12-JUN-2013.
My questions are :
1. I plan to fly to Denver on 30-AUG-2013. Can I travel within US when my H1B extension is in pending state ?
2. If yes, what documents should I carry with me?
3. When should I go to local DMV to get the renewed DL ?
