H4 Visa stamping-issue with Spouse surname change in his passport and h1 visa
Hi,
I have valid H1 visa with stamped once.
My surname Name mentioned in my passport and visa is KUMAR.
I dont have spouse name in my passport.
but my actual familly surname is SAHU (as per birth cert and marriage certificate)
My Wife's and child passport having full spouse name and father name like uxxxx kumar sahu (as per marriage certificate and birth cert).
it means that have used sahu as surname.
I have to apply for Dependent visa and have below doubts -
1- In DS160, should they put my full name as in spaouse /father name section or can use as per my passport/visa petitioner name?
2- Will it be any issue at the time of there visa interview becuase of this surname changed in both places?
3- Can they produce some effidavit kind of thing which mentioned both surname is for same person?
Even I already mentioned my full name as part of other name section in DS160 when my visa processed.
Now I have already applied for my H1 amendment for client name changed.
Please suggest what will be feasible option, which can help my dependent to travel without any issue.
