Im an IT guy holding an H1b visa which is going to be expired soon. I had valid petition and visa from 2011 to Aug 2013. Since my visa is expiring my employer is not that much interested in sending the resource onshore because of the issue.
From investigation i have found out that further processing and can be done by cap exempt. (about which i have a little info).
I have a query. Once the visa is stamped a Is employee is authorized to work for 3 years or 6.
Since my visa is getting expired in august 2013. and has to be processed. by cap exempt. do the person have to visit the embacy for interview once again?
