Hi,
I am on H1B with ending date as 2015. I got laid off on April end and since then I am out of status, no paystubs from May 2013. I believe if any new employer is doing a H1 Transfer, I will get without I94 and I need to go out of US to get a stamping and then begin working. My situation is very critical here, I have couple of offers but the employers are not ready to wait till stamping is done to start with the work. Hence I am losing all the good offers. what should I do in this situation. It would be really helpful if anyone could suggest me what to do further. Hope many would have faced this kind of situation and what is the workaround for this. Thanks in advance!!!
