Planning to threaten ex-employer about DOL complain. Can it affect me ?

Hi,
My ex-employer (A) filed for my H1B. I am currently working with employer (B). B has filed for my Green card and its still in process. 'A' has not payed me my pending amount and that is why I am planning to threaten him that I will be complaining to DOL about it.

Is there any possibility that A can do anything which can affect my Green Card processing ?
