    H1b subcontracted in my own company

    Can a consulting company who filed my H1b can placed me in the company on a contract bases whose parent company overseas owned my me.
    Is it wrong presentation.
    The client company( sister concern company- owned by parent company of which I am the owner overseas) is ready to do contact with my employer for the service I will be providing to it.
