Urgent help for H1B RFE

My H1B got notification of RFE last week.
1. Organizational Chart, including the specific information requested in the RFE.
2. Evidence that the employer has a history of employing persons with computer related degrees as systems administrator.
3. Your explanation of how you use your degree in your job. This should include:
a) The name of each class in which you learned skills which you use in your job;
b) The skill you learned
c) An explanation of how you use those skills.

Gee! I am working as a System Administrator in a small ~ medium company with more than 80 employee. The IT department is small. Only 4 guys working in IT department now. We will do a huge project of system migration with a consulting company using Java and Oracle. I have M.S. in CS. Don't know why they wanna me to provide these stuff.
I have written the essay, and got copies of deplomas from 2 guys who used to work here. The company has given me the organizational chart, but today, the attorney wrote me an email asking for more information about all the current employee in IT department with their job title, description, and documentary evidence of their educational credentials. Wow, it's so hard to ask for their copies of deploma because it relates to their privacy. Till now, only one guy gave me a copy of his diploma.
Have you heard of this kind of RFE? Any suggestions are appreciated.

pretty standard

Don't worry, in both my H1-B's I was flagged for RFE's. It is pretty standard. It sounds as if you have all elements covered. I recall that I was not even able to come up with one Diploma and it was all right. Just go thru the motions, all will be ok.
