How hard is it to get a work visa?

Hi, this is my first time posting

I am wondering how hard it is to get a job/employer willing to sponsor me in order to get a work visa. Here is my profile:

I am a 19 year old Egyptian female
I am currently studying at an American University (I am on an F1 visa)
I am studying Chemical Engineering with good grades and good internship experiences
I am hoping to get a job when I graduate (in 2 years)

I know that there is no certain answer to my question, I am just seeking opinions
