Multiple H1B approved - what to do with the second?

Hi

I got two good offers and applied for H1 with both. I told both the employers that I will be joining only one prior to they applied.
Now that both are approved(company A first, then company B) I have chosen Company A and planning to inform company B that I will not be joining.


1. Should I also tell company B to revoke the petition ?

2. If company B did not revoke the petition will it cause issues to me later?

3. If some issue arises with Company A, could I work for company B later if they had not revoked the petition?

Any help here is much appreciated. My preference would be to have company B revoke the petition.

It makes no difference to you. Just tell them that you are not joining them.
