Hi All,
Need some exert advice.
The company that sponsored my H1B initially filed it only for a year. So the petition end date and the H1B visa is only for a year. After one year of completion my company wants me to go for L1A because of their internal rules. Now my question -
1. Is my H1 petition still valid even after what is the petition end date? I have heard the petition can be used until you complete 6 years..
2. If I get my L1A processed and am later able to find a employer who is ready to take me in H1B after my L1A is approved, would it be possible to file a H1B transfer?
