L1 to H1 transfer

Hi ,

My L1 to H1 transfer is in progress.I have just got RFE for that.But i have to leave to India for few months for some urgent matter. Can anyone please let me, if i will leave the country , if it will impact the L1 ti H1 transfer?

Till when is your L1 valid? On which visa are you planning to come back?
