Need your expert advice.
Situation: I am on H1B visa with my sponsoring company as A. Labor completed, I140 completed, received 3 years extension for H1. Now I have received an offer from company B with Agreement for Green card processing. The agreement will become active or valid after filing my I-485; I should work in that company for 3 years. I also specifically asked them, they said, it has nothing to do H1 Transfer. I signed the offer and also signed Green card processing document as well. Now I got another offer which far better than company B.
Questions:
a) Can I ask company B to stop processing H1B transfer?
b) Will they sue me just because I signed offer letter and Green card processing agreement?
c) What will happen now i.e. ., H1 transfer is not yet filed. Preparation is in progress, they may file today or Monday
d) What will happen if I reject after H1B approval.
e) What will happen to my Green Card Priority date? (current priority date is may 2012)
