221G Pink Slip Chennai Consulate for dependent H4 Visa

She attended interview on 17th May 2013 in Chennai OFC.
In interview they told visa was approved but however they handed a pink slip - 221g and said need to wait for the administrative processing to be completed.
Already 12 weeks completed and we not yet received any update.
I am in USA and She is in INDIA
Please help me to get my wife's dependent visa.

White Slip in Kolkata consulate for h4b

My wife also got a white slip after attending the visa interview in Kolkata consulate .Sadly she did not have the i797 form handy with her. She was advised to deposit the same in the OFC center the same day for immediate processing

Do you have any idea how long would it process.(In website it says if everything is good then visa can be issued in 2 business days)
