Hi,
I have a H1B new visa stamped in Dec 2012 which is valid till October 2013. I am working in company "ABC". My company has sponsered an H1B for my current client "XYZ". But there are not available onsite opportunities in my client organization "XYZ". So my company is planning to send to another client "BBC". I have only 2 months left for visa expiry. I haven't used my visa till now.
I heard that for visa's having less than 3 months of expiry, there would be lot of questions to be faced at Port of Entry.
What would be the probable questions asked at Port of Entry considering my case and what would be the probable answers.
What are the documents I need to carry as I am going to a different client.
What is the procedure for visa extension. What are the documents to be carried for visa extension.
