H1B Petition status

Hi,

I got my H1B petition approved in 2007 but at the same time my company sponsored L1 with which i have traveled to US and worked there till 2010.
Now i wanted to check if i can use my old H1B approval to go for a visa. Thanks for your response in advance.

Yes it might be possible, but you will get 6 Years minus time already spent in L1 status during last 6 Years.
