I have been looking around in the forum to find an answer to the query but nothing seems specific to mine
Case
Married to a US Citizen , Residing in India for 1 year
Visa
H1B transfer : Old Visa stamping expires Sept 2013
Query
My being married to a US citizen , is this going to a bias in the interviewers head while granting me the
stamping , are there cases where such cases have been successfully stamped , there is so much of negative
comments around feels like almost impossible to be stamped a H1B if you are married to a US citizen.
Please help with your expert opinions
Also last time i was in US for a very brief time when my employer hastily called me to US and put me on bench
hence i did not want to stay and came back to India and filed a case in DOL against the employer , the Employer
was warned against the misuse and fined some money. Is this going to go negative on my case and if asked
do i tell this entire story or refrain from it, do they already know from the database that such a complaint
has been filed by me?
