Lost 194 card

I have lost my I 94 during the process of submitting my passport renewal application However I do have copy of original I 94.

Once I get my passport renewal, I will be applying for my H-1 extensions and hoping to get my new I 94 along with the approved extension petition.

I do understand that I need to apply for I 102 for a replacement but just want to confirm whether can I wait for the extension approval to get new I 94 or should I have to apply Immediately? When I leave out of country, Should I have to submit all my I 94's or Is that okay to submit only the latest one as I do not have the old one.

If you have the front and back copy you can submit that along with the I 129, I 539 (H1 extension request) during H1 ext.

If not, you would need to submit I-102 alongwith its fees in addition to the extension documentation.
