Hi,
I was in US until H1B visa expired. I am currently staying outside for 6 months. Apparently one has to stay out of US for 1 yr before they can get new H1B.
One company is asking me to travel to US for interviewing. Another company is asking to visit there on L1 / B1.
If I travel now on business / tourist visa, will that reset the window of 1 year period I have to stay outside ? In either case, its not like I'd be staying longer than 2-3 weeks.
