    how do i apply for tourist visa for re-entry to US after H1B expired

    My 6 years H1B will be expired in Sept 30, 2013.

    I am a Taiwanese citizen, and is eligible for ESTA visa waiver.

    i wanted to stay in US for couple weeks after my H1B expired, to visit other states and packing and etc.

    How do I obtain a tourist visa? Can I go to Canada and re-enter to US to obtain a tourist visa?
