Hello,
I am in H4 status now which is valid until 2015. I have got two job offers from employer A and employer B. Both of them pushed my H1b application this year. As of now, I have got one h1b approved (of employer A) and the other one is in pending. Employer A is asking me to sign a contract for 2 years.
> If I sign this contract, will it be valid according to the immigration/employment law?
> If I don't sign this, the employer might end up canceling my H1b. If they do so,can I transfer that h1B to another employer after that?
> The employer has not given me either I-797 or the new I-94. I just have the receipt number with me. If I want to transfer my h1B, is the receipt number good enough for me to transfer my h1B?
> As the h1B validity starts after Oct-2013, can I transfer my approved H1B (of employer A) to employer B before October-2013? (after canceling the pending h1B application of employer B)
Please give me some guidance on this.
Thanks.
