I work for a tier 1 MNC company in India as Associate Manager. I'm BSc (3yr degree) gratuate with 12 yrs of IT experience. I'm I qualify to apply for H1B?

You need an employer to sponsor / file for your H1B. Your education seems to be fine. You have a Bachelors in Science and that should suffice.

For the H1B, you need an employer to sponsor it.
