Hi i have H1B revoked last week. But i had filed H1B amendment 3 months back. Right now i am in India. What are my options for coming back? Basically i had NOIR for my H1B after which my employer immediately filed H1B amendment. Now that my initial H1B petition is revoked what will be the fate of my Amendment? Will this Amendment give me a net petition? Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
