H1-B Transfer after Six Years

Hi,

I have completed my initial six years of H1B and now I am on one year extension.

My employer filed my PERM last year however after an RFE on my Labor eventually it was denied by DOL. (I got my One Year Ext. before the denial notice).

My question to the experts here is ... if I can change my employer i.e. Transfer My H1-B in my Seventh Year.
