Came on H1-B of Company A but Did not join it
Hi
I got my Valid Visa Stamped from Company A on Dec'2004, I came to US without informing this Company on 16 Apr' 2005 and Landed on different port of entry. Here I joined a Different company B. Company B has Filled for H1-B transfer after 1.5 months (23 May 2005). Presently I am working with company B since last 5 months. Now Since I have never worked with company A, I do not have Pay Stubs also My port of entry was also different.
I have now few Questions :-
1) Can I still get my H1-B transfered to Company B ? What's the way out?
2) If not What could be the legal action taken against me. What Could be the consequences.
3) Can I still work with my Company A as they own my visa ?
