H1B - replied on RFE but no updates on online status

hi guys,

i have upgraded normal h1b to premium process on July 16th, 2013. on July 25th, 2013, 15 day premium clock stopped and we received RFE on Aug 1st, 2013.
we replied to RFE on Aug 22nd, 2013. but till now there is no update on my online status....

1. how many days will uscis take to update online status..
2. is this something normal that uscis do i.e., normal process delay
3. hope it will make no difference on the final decision..
