Hi All,

My petition has got approved and I have my interview next month.My current employer has initiated my Visa
I am curious about some matters regarding the visa.

1. Can I switch job just after getting my Visa stamped or I need to work for my company for some duration and then only I can.
2. Can I go for a masters degree in US with the job.
3. What is the best thing I should try to do after getting my Visa stamped(As I want to change my job and have a better company to my profile)

Hello, Ashim.

To transfer H1B visa (once you are in USA), one is required to furnish pay stubs for the last 2-3 months. So, going by that, spend a few months and then try for a change.
