in case the visa is rejected/under query..petition can be transferred?

Hi experts

I have H1B Petition valid till 01/31/2014, now I am planning to attend for the stamping in Hyderabad consulate.
In case if my stamping is rejected or if it is put under query . Then can i transfer the petition to my present company ( right now working in india )
