Two years before, my husband's employer had applied for L1 and L2 visa. We had been to stamping together. But my husbands's "L1" got rejected.

Now his H1 got approved and I am planning to file H4 visa. While filling DS160 for "H4" visa, do I need to mention about my "L2" rejection because of primary applicant's "L1" rejection.

    Please advise.

    Yes.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
