I came to US in January 2005 on H1-B with Company A. I filed for my Labor in EB3 category in February 2010 (therefore thats my PD). I then got it approved and got I-140 approved too.
I joined another company-Company B in August-2012. I filed my PERM with Company B in February 2013 and just got auditted in August 2013. How much time will it take for an auditted PERM to get approved?
My H1-B is valid only till December 2013. Can I file for my H1-B extension? I am not sure if my I-140 from my previous employer (Company A) is revoked or not.
Question 1: How much time will it take for an auditted PERM to get approved?
Question 2: Can I file for my H1-B extension after completion of 8+ years on H1 with probable I-140 revoked by ex-employer and PERM (applied <365 days) in audit from current employer?
