LCA Transfer during H1b Extension

Hi,

My H1B Extension is in progress. I just submitted my documents including my current LCA to Attorny. Now my employer tells me that i need to work from a new location (for same client, same employer) which requires a LCA change. Is there will be any problem if i change my location and file a new LCA for the new location when my H1b extension is in progress. To note my VISA expires in Nov 15.

You are not filing anything, your employer is. It is necessary that they file the LCA for new work location and amend the petition to reflect that.

Thanks for ur reply. Yes my employer will file LCA For me. Still checking if there wil be any issue in my extension if a new LCA is filed during extension is in process.
