Hi,
I applied for H1 and H4 for my family. The case was pending at the consulate for quite sometime. Meanwhile My wife filed H1 for her and even her case is pending at the consulate. Recently I got H1 visa and my wife got H4. My doubt is can my wife travel along with me to US and convert from H4 to H1 in the US as she has approved H1 petition already.
Another complication here is her petition is going to expire on 30 Sept 2013. Will this have any impact she changing the status from H4 to H1.
