h1b extension premium processing

Hi Friends,

I have applied visa on aug 22th 2013 in premium processing.
uscis received date aug23th 2013,
got RFE Sep 3rd 2013,
Rfe replied date sep3rd 2013
uscis rfe received date sep 5th 2013,

but still my status showing up as 'INTIAL REVIEW'
IT'S already 8 days but still showing up as intial review.

actually i got offer in other company , once its approves they only i can able to take up the new project ,
after RFE how many days will it takes to approve in premium processing .

It should be within 15 days after RFE response received (Sep 5)

H1B premium processing 2013 Sep

My actual visa expiry - Aug 24th 2013

H1B extension applied under normal processing - Aug 09th 2013

H1B upgraded to premium on Sep 05th 2013

Status was always acceptance

H1B decision was updated as "approved" on Sep 17th 2013
