H1 B Transfer from Employer A to Employer B in PP got RFE
Hi
Employer B had initiated H1 transfer in august end in normal processing, but I requested to upgrade to PP on 14- Oct, I got PP receipt no. on 16-Oct, from 16-Oct my clock stopped and then it was not showing any status on USCIS case status site, today 31-Oct my employer said I got RFE he said they will reply to USCIS.
So my doubts are:
1. Will my PP clock start again? if Yes When will it start again?

Also USCIS site - shows no staus
it shows this message

Why is it showing this any idea?
