H1B RFE Premium Processing

Hi Friends

I have sent the H1B RFE response while upgrading to premium processing today (12th september) and status changed to RFE Response Review but I do not see any clock in the Uscis while checking the case status.

Could you please let me know when will the clock details updated in uscis ?

Will it take some time to see the clock information in the uscis website?

hi i have applied on i got RFE on sep 3rd ,overnight i replied to the RFE.
Status updated on Sep 5 2013.
but it was showing as 'Intial Review'.

I am also in the same boat , i dont know 10 days over but still they haven't updated my status .

Hi --What does your description say below initial review? Did you get first acceptance and then initial review? or you directly got initial review?

Because I got initial review first and then it went to acceptance next day. So I am confused.

I am also in the same situation.. RFE responded on 28th Aug, RFE review status updated on the same day. I upgraded to PP on 12th Sept. The status went to Initial review (with the 15 days clock start message) and now it is in Acceptance state. Ranjit, any update on ur case?

Same thing happened to me, yesterday USCSC received my RFE response, status changed to RFE review, then initial review and now it is showing acceptance . Is there any updated about your case?

I got an rfe for my petition and my employer reverted back on sept 18 th and he said he also upgraded my petition to premium processing and my status changed to response review on the same day but there was no clock indicating it is premium processing...can u help me with this?did u upgraded Ur petipition to premium along with rfe response?and when did Ur clock got started and what are Ur stages in Ur application process?

H1B Status still showing as RFE Response Review even after upgrading to PP

Hi,

My RFE response was sent on 18th October and then my employer upgraded it to Premium on 21st Oct. Currently the status of my case in USCIS is still showing as RFE Response Review. Its been a week but there is no change in the status. Any idea on whether I would need to ask my employer to followup with the USCIS or would it be worth waiting for another 3-4 days?
