Is VISA stamping required after only H1B Amendment

Hi,

I traveled to India in Feb 2013 and got my VISA stamped after my first extension. Now I am working in US and my client changed and my employer have applied for H1B amendment due to location, client & role change. I am planning to travel to India in Dec 2013. My amendment approval is in progress. After the approval when I travel to India do I need to do my VISA stamping again for amendment also?

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!!!

I am not sure on this. I, however, have a couple of questions.

If your employer continues to be the same, what is the duration of the H1B stamped on your passport? Same for I-94?

My employer is the same and my VISA is stamped till Feb 2014 as well as I94. Its just a client change only.

I guess, LCA is just more than enough as you have valid visa stamped on your passport. You don't have to go for a visa stamping again.
