H1B Restamping vs Interview waiver.

I am currently on a H1B visa and travelling to India in December 2013. My passport shows stamping of my previous petitioner which is expiring in November 2013. I am working with a new employer now. According to the H1 filed by the new petitioner my H1B visa expires in DEC 2014 although stamping is for my previous petitioner. Do i need to pay Visa interview fees and get an appointment for stamping (restamping ) to extend my stamping ?
Is there any way i can get my interview waived and still get my Visa stamped ?
I am currently based in Dallas if needed can i pay my HDFC sevis fee or the Visa free online ?
My wife came to states with me during my 1st H1b stamping on H4 visa .

One can get a new visa stamped without attending the interview under the Visa Waiver Program but you are not eligible for interview waiver as you changed employer from the original petitioner.
