URGENT: H4 visa - docs needed to pay fee at Axis bank

Hi,

I want to start processing the H4 for my wife. We are from Bangalore and so chose the Chennai consulate.

We have filled out the DS160. To pay the fee at Axis/Citibank, what do you need. Just the DS160 confirmation page and copies of passport. Anything else?

Please urgent. Any help is much appreciated

You can do it online itself. I think the DS 160 application gives step by step process for doing it online.
