When to resign during H1B transfer?

Hi,

I am currently working for Company A
and I got a job from Company B.

Both are fortune companies.

Company B applied for H1B transfer through premium processing. The H1B transfer is approved and Company B's attorney received an email confirmation of the approval.

Hard copy of the approval is not yet received and USCIS online status is in "Decision" and not yet in "Post Decision Activity".

Question : Is the Approval Confirmation email sent to Company B's attorney good enough to resign from my current Company A??

Or do I need to wait for anything else?

Yes, it should be good. Paper notice will follow in a few days anyway.
