Travel to India after applying for h4 visa extension.
Hi, i am h1 visa holder and my son and may wife came on h4 visa to USA.
We had visa up to 2014 march.
We applied for visa extension just now(September mid)
my wife want to go to India for visiting for 2 months(October-December) on h4 visa by just applying extension.
So my doubt is , visa is valid up to march,so even though she applied for h4 visa extension,whether she can go and come back with in visa validity(march)?
Whether i also can go to India?
