Intended date of joining on 129

Intended date of joining on 129

My "date of intended employment" in I129 10th October 2013. However I would want to join 4 dates late on 15th October. Is this allowed? Do I need to do adjustment of status? Please advise.

If you are in US then you must join on 10th or file an amendment.

If outside US you can reach US accordingly.
